We started out sourcing investment properties for clients and then moved into lettings after we decided that we could also do this better than others! Being able to offer a complete service for landlords of sourcing investments, overseeing refurbs/maintenance, and lettings and property management is important to us. We want you to feel secure and supported in your investment so everything we do is with that in mind.
The man behind the company
I always knew I was going to work in property. I'd attempted to get into the industry when I was younger but ended up in sales. While the job paid well, I didn’t love it, the passion wasn’t there.
One day, I had finally saved enough to buy a house. It was a wreck. We stripped it back to the brick and built it up from there. New roof, kitchen, floors, everything ripped out and improved. We transformed the place.
I loved it. Start to finish, it made me so proud.
By pure coincidence, I met a property expert at a networking event who agreed to mentor me in property investment. That was all I needed to get started and allow me to develop my passion for property.
There are too many people out there taking advantage of investors, both old and new. They latch onto those who don’t have the time or knowledge to do it themselves. They sell you deals and dreams that just don’t stack up. I’d had enough and wanted to be different. I wanted to help others fairly - ethically if you like – and be straight and up front with them. No shiny promises, no fake smiles, just firm handshakes, and thorough plans.
